from some of our graduates on how
"I was a recover high-school dropout and I lost most of my credits and thought that I would never finish. I moved out on my own at the age of 17, working at Kroger. I noticed how hard it was and decided to go back to school. I went to Panola Charter School and finished 2 years of high-school in 9 months. It was the best decision that I ever made. Now I am married and I thank all my teachers at PCS for everything."

"I am very
thankful for Panola Charter School. The Charter School allowed me a
wonderful opportunity. I was able to graduate a year early, and as
valedictorian. I am currently majoring in pre-med at the University of
Texas at Tyler. I plan to become a pediatrician in the future. PCS
has given me the tools to create my future.

"I want to thank the staff at Panola Charter School for giving students an alternative to the ordinary public high school. Panola Charter is a great place to learn and advance. Because of the great staff and educational program I was able to graduate a year and three months early, at the age of sixteen. I am currently attending Panola College, where I am enrolled in the vocational nursing program. In the future I plan to advance into a registered nursing program, and I feel that I owe a lot of my success to the staff at Panola Charter and their ability to push students to work hard." ~Kiffany

"I want to thank all the staff at PCS for getting me through school and into the Navy. It has been tough but very rewarding. I went from making pizzas while in school to working on life support systems on F/A 18 Fighter Jets and now I'm also going to college. Your school got me through even though I didn't have faith in my self" Thanks PCS!

"My name is Lia Horton and in the seven months I attended Panola Charter School, I achieved one of my most important goals in my life. That goal was to graduate and Panola Charter School helped me to accomplish that goal successfully. I also managed to attain more credits than I originally intended to, thanks to the excellent curriculum that is in place. I appreciate all the teachers for diligence, support, and contributions in helping me make my goals a reality." ~

"I would like to thank everyone who worked hard to get me and many others through High School. I didn't think I was going to graduate at all much less graduate EARLY! It was very hard going to school, working, and then back to school but it was all worth it to graduate at 17. I am working at a Financial Investment Planning Office. I will start classes at Kilgore College for Court Reporting and scripting in the Fall of 2005. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work." P.S. "I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Tarjick for giving me the drive to get my stuff together and for all the moral support he has given me through all my efforts. May God Bless You in all that you do."

Mrs. Mims and Mrs. Joyce loved hanging out with ya'll in the office...LOL Thanks to all of you for helping me achieve my goals."
