REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Texas Early College High School

2010-2011

Student registration will be August 11^th & 12^th. 8^th, 9^th, and 10^th graders will register on August 11, 2010 from the hours of 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. 11^th and 12^th graders will register on August 12, 2010 from the hours of 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. TSTC will be at registration these two days only and students must register for their classes at this time. ALL students will need to have the following completed:

· All fines paid before your register

· If you have NOT taken a TSTC class before you must go to the following web page and fill out an application. This must be done before August 10, 2010. https://webadvisor.tstc.edu/cgi-bin/wwiz.exe/wwiz.asp?wwizmstr=WEB.ADMAPP

If you have NOT taken a Panola College class before you must go to the following web page and fill out an application. This must be done before August 10, 2010. 8th grade students need to fill this out as well. https://www.applytexas.org/adappc/gen/c_start.WBX

· When you come for registration you will need to bring a check or cash of $50 for the 2010-2011 school year setup fee. This must be taken care of before the first day of school.

· Registration packets can be picked up starting August 9^th, at 9:00am. You are welcome to come early and get this so your process can go smoother. This is a MUST if your parents will not be with you. All signatures are required for enrollment. WE DO ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO BE AT REGISTRATION.

· No student will be completely finished with registration until all signatures are done and cleared by the main office.

NEW STUDENTS

ALL new students must be sure that we have the following BEFORE you register!

· Copy of Enrolling parent’s drivers license

· Birth Certificate

· Social Security Card

· ALL immunization records

· Last TAKS scores and Last Report Card
